The Coffee Page
My other passion is for the extract of the sacred Bean.
For several years I sold espresso machines and roasted coffee for a company in the S.F. Bay area. I got to train the staffs of
some of the top restaurants, and to do my small part to improve coffee quality there. At one point I was flying all over the
country setting up coffee systems for Il Fornaio Restaurants, and training their baristas. I'd never want to go back to it,
