

Bohemian Bread is Robert Hunt and Annie Bakst, two foodies who renounced
the venti lattes and Range Rovers of the big city and bought a farm in Vermont.
We make bread by hand using a French long-fermentation technique and bake it
in a wood-fired brick oven. It's a slow process, one that precludes large-scale production,
and is still the best way to make really good bread.
